somebody mixed my medicine.

So, this is my week in pictures. The first photos are from a gig I went to see on Monday. I went to see Taylor Momsen's band 'The Pretty Reckless'. As well as being a fantatsic actress that girl has a set of lungs on her. I cannot get over the fact she is 17 years old. She is so unbelieveably sexy. Though, I will admit she does go a big over the top with her eyeshadow. She does often resemble a badger. The gig was so much fun! Nicola & I just bummed about town all day, then met Lindsay and was off to the Barralands. We met Shaun & Carla there. Even though Nicola doesn't drink, she seemed so drunk. Up to long me thinks?
The rest of the week was just literally spent working, which is what the last two  pictures are from. I look like such a butch lesbian in my uniform. I which we could make it a little more trendy. But, hey ho! What can you do?
Does anyone know a good product to fill my eyebrows out more? I'm currently using Max Factor's brow pencil, but I'm not too fond of it. Has everyone done all their Christmas shopping? I'm nearly finished, just got two more presents to do! Can't wait for Christmas day! I love it when all the family are together for a day. Always ends up a funny day. However, working Boxing Day doesn't sound too good.
I plan to get my hair done this week, weather pemitting! I'm going to get more blonde highlights added. But right now, I'm debating about next next time. Should I maybe go for a change and go for some shade of brown? Ideas would be welcomed!

i need a boy to take it over.

I haven't really done much this week if I am completely honest with you. The whole of Scotland has been completely snowed under. It is actual ridiculous. You think after last year we would have been prepared for at least the same level of snow, right? Today, has probably been one of the worst days for the snow so far. It snowed non stop for about 4 hours from this morning to afternoon-ish. My Dad was stuck in the City Centre for 3 hours driving, now this trip is normally 30 minutes. The whole of Glasgow is at a stand still. The River Clyde is just a complete sheet of ice.
Tuesday was payday, we I went out Christmas shopping! Of course, after buying everyone things I felt the need to treat myself and bought the Sex & the City 2 blu-ray/DVD combo. That movie has recieved such bad reviews but in my opinion out of the two movies, it is the best one. I can't believe they managed to get Liza Minelli to dance and sing to Single Ladies! One of the funniest things ever. I'm such a SATC geek. It is such a genius programmed. For me, it completely changed women's television progammes. In the time it was put out, it was so scandalous to hear women talking about sex in those ways. I will always remember when Samantha compared a un-circumcised dick to a Sher-pei the amount of fuss that was kicked up over it. Anyone else a SATC geek?
On Wednesday, was the day of the McFly tour ticket presale if you were a Pioneer. Myself, Jenni, Nicola & Colette were all up and online for 7:30. We wanted to see who would get the best seats for the Glasgow date of the tour. Turns out, it was blind booking. Tickets were meant to be going on sale at 8:00am, however I had ours bought at 7:59am! Lucky :) We also got our Newcastle  & London tickets. On Saturday it was the general sale of the tickets, so incase we got crap seats we also purchased another seat. We got 3rd row :) Turns out the first few rows were in the pre-sale so we're hoping we'll obviously have better tickets. But 3rd row is still reallly good! Anyone else get McFly tickets?
Last night, I went on an on-line spending spree. When the stuff I ordered arrives, I shall post pictures :)
Today, I spent most of the day catching up on Gossip Girl. I adore Ed Westwick so much. I love Taylor Momsen as Jenni. She is such a good actress. I actually LOVE Taylor Momsen, I'm just not a fan of the way she dresses sometimes & how she does her eye make up. She often resembles a badger. Crazy times.
Here is the generic picture of the snow for you
What does everyone think of this coat that Frankie Sandford was recently seen wearing? Thinking of purchasing it asap. Frankie Sandford is definitely one of my top 5 fashion icons. She is always so beautiful, without being slutty. She has class. High-street class might I add! Adore everything about her.

your tears don't fall, they crash around me.

This is my drunk face. My very drunk face at that. I think I had a little bit too much to drink last night. We had tequilla but no limes, so I was doing: salt, tequilla shots and then more salt. Wasn't good if I am being honest with you. There was 10 of us in Chrisy's garage last. Such a tight squeeze, but it did end up such a good night. Chrisy had made kola kube vodka. It was nice, a bit thick nut nice. I am planning on making Parma Violet vodka soon, don't think I'd have the patience to wait on it settling though!
Work,  was so busy this weekend. The busiest I've ever seen it. The snow boots & wellies were literally going so fast it was unbelieveable. I got myself a pair of snow boots :) You may slag them, but they are pratical and so much better than wellies! FYI if you're planning on buying wellies for the snow, I wouldn't advise it! They have rubbish grip on the soles so they won't really do a good job when it turns to ice. Also got myself a pair of reallly good gloves. I was decked out in my Mountain Warehouse gear last night.
Can't wait till pay day to go Christmas shopping! Chrisy and I are going shopping on the Tuesday, then I said to my friend Stephen I'd go shopping with him on the Wednesday! Pizza hut times. Woohoo.
Still need to buy a good camera, I wish I'd be able to 'outfit posts'! I also ned to start putting up my make up and that! I am a make up addict. Love love love ittt.

Here is another one of my drunk faces. God, I'm beautiful.

kinda reckless that you send me running.

I thought I'd show you the organised clutter that is my dressing table. The mirror has been in my family for over 20 years so its a kinda hand me down thing. I reallly want a new mirror though, but I don't want to say to my Mum as it would upset her. Yes, that is a tie around it. My cousin bought me, cause it was Gryffindor colours.  There is my Sure deodrants, and my 6 bottles of Impulse body spray (each one a different fragnace!). For perfume, I wear Paca Rabanne Black XS for daytime/every day use, and on nights out I use Gucci Guilty. These two perfumes are my favourite. I am obsessed with smelling good all the time. I'll never understand how smelly people, can't smell themselves? It reallly doesn't make sense to me. I then have my cotton buds(which is pretty empty!) and baby wipes for cleaning!

Infront of the mirror is kinda just were I keep my stuff! The necklaces on the side are probably my three favourites! One is a red heart from River Island, an Owl from Primark and finally a fish from Forever 21! I then have my orange iPod, I seem to be obsessed with orange; my Blackberry case is even orange. My friend said orange is a 'me' colour, I didn't get her. How can you have a colour? I also have my black Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses which I actually love. They are probably one of my favourite items I own. Then I have a robot wind up toy from the Gadget Store and a monkey nail dryer from Urban Outfitters. On top of the monkey, I have a 'MAKE POVERY HISTORY' band from 2005. That is something I feel deeply about & will always support. Then I have two wee tester perfumes, that I got from Debenhams. Then, I have my contacts! I have glasses, but alot of the times I wear contacts. On top of them is my 3 packets of Blue Extra! I'm normally an Airwaves type of chewing gum gal, but my Mum bought me these so I wasn't going to say no! I have my Paul's Boutique purse. Paul's Boutique used to be my vice, but they've started to get this stigma attached to them that makes me not like them anymore! My bus pass is also sitting on there for some reason! Should really be in my bag...

I then have my MAC brushes in a Yorkie mug, I couldn't find a nice mug to put them in so I just used the nearest one. Although, on Tuesday I plan to go to Urban Outfitters to see if I can get a cool storage thing for them. My Cocount Body Shop Butter is next. I live by that stuff. Have no idea where I would be without it. I then have 3 cans of Batiste dry shampoo. No idea why I have so many. They were probably on over or something. & my hairstraightners are SHE. I'm getting new ones for Christmas however!
Think I've rambled on enough for this post.

galaxy defenders stay forever.

This is my friend Nicola & I. We were in a big fancy hotel sitting at the bar dressed like that. I had nice clothes on under the jumper: its just that it was so warm & cosy that it was appropriate for the weather! I haven't got a nice winter coat yet, anyone know any places that have nice ones in? I was looking at this one from work seeing as it is an actual ski jacket, therefore a reallly good winter jacket & the fact I get it for half price really doesn't help either.
So yesterday, my friends & I went to see the Children in Need broadcast last night. My favourite band McFly were playing. It was reallly fun! We actually met McFly as well. Was good seeing them again.
Also, still looking to buy a good camera in the price range of £200-£300 does anyone know any good ones?
Thinking when I get to 50 followers, I'll do one of those giveaway things that people do. What kind of stuff would you like to see in it?
Hopefully, I'll be able to start posting outfits & make-up etc soon. Just been so busy with work & college :(

17/11/2010

this is it.

Hii! So, I finally decided to get off my backside & make a blog. I've been lurking blogs since forever and always thought "I'll make one someday", so today I decided "get off your fat bum and make one". Which lead to this. I already have a Tumblr, which I seem to just use to reblog peoples photos & GIFs. This blog, I want to actual be me. I'll probably post alot of makeup, clothes and a place where to really say what I feel.

I'm 19 years old, but personally I act and look about 12. I'm a social science student at college, but I tend to futher that in to Psychology & Politics at university. I work part time in a store called Mountain Warehouse, which obviously specializes in outdoor wear, ski clothing & camping equipment. I currently reside in Glasgow, Scotland which then futhers in the United Kingdom. I'm an impuslive buyer, which obviously means I have budgeting issues. The majority of my money goes on make up, bags, shoes, jewellery & clothes. Right now, I'm debating whether to save up and buy a good camera first, or just go straight for a Mulberry Alexa? Opinions would be appreciated, I'm torn! I still play my Gameboy too much, I love games. I'm going to get an old school Sega Mega Drive at somepoint, just not right now with Christmas & everything coming up! Disney is my life, absolutely adore it. The Lion King, is probably my favourite movie ever.
